We all love to eat out, and we don’t have to stop just because we are starting a new diet program. WHAT IS THE FWTFL DIET?

Happy New Year, yall…and good riddance, 2020, amirite? For the past few years, many of you have followed both my Whole30 and FWTFL journeys, and I am SUPERR excited to get started again this year. After polling you guys on Instagram, I wanted to explain exactly what the FWTFL diet is, how you can be successful, and my review of the program that I started last March. How hot is it where you are? Right now, all I want are cold crisp salads, raw veggies, and cold soups. And bourbon sours and Mai Tais...but I digress. As soon as July rolls around, I head to the farmer's market to grab all the heirloom tomatoes I can find to make my famous Paleo Gazpacho that's also Whole30 approved.

Change is powerful, yet uncomfortable. Change takes time, and it takes courage. In order to change, we must first swallow our pride. Next, look ourselves in the mirror, have the self-awareness to see what needs to be changed, and take one step forward to initiate the change. It’s time we get comfortable with the uncomfortable. That’s simply the only way we will get better. It’s the truly the only way we can move past social injustices and move towards becoming anti-racist together.

I am doing my best to get “dressed” everyday, but the struggle is real. BUT to be honest, nothing motivates me more than buying something new. And in this case, I am buying all the athleisure.
