There are two types of people in this quarantine world: those who get dolled up for Zoom calls and those who roll out of bed and throw on a ball cap. Which one are you? I am doing my best to get “dressed” everyday, but the struggle is real. BUT to be honest, nothing motivates me more than buying something new.
And in this case, I am buying all the athleisure. From working out to looking “put together” for my 800th Zoom call of the day, there has literally never been a better time to invest in some comfy clothes. So while we are all #workingfromhome, I thought I would share my Spring athleisure roundup.
SPRING ATHLEISURE ROUNDUP
FROM YOUR HOME GYM TO YOUR HOME OFFICE
I love these pieces, because you can literally sweat up a storm in your home gym aka your driveway and go straight to a Zoom call. That is literally my life right now as soon as the kids go down for a nap.
RANDOM PRO TIP: As soon as you get done working out, take your hair out of a ponytail and let it air dry or shoot it with the blowdryer. The sweat will act as root boost. And IF (yes, I realize that’s a big if) you can avoid dry shampoo, you will buy a couple of extra days. Put. the. dry. shampoo. down.
UNDER $100 SPRING ATHLEISURE ROUNDUP
These looks are stylish, yet affordable. And most importantly, they will make you excited about your 801st Zoom call of the day. Maybe.
SHOP MY CLOSET // WHAT’S IN MY CART
These Spring athleisure looks are either in my closet or in my cart. Get you some, and we can be twinning on our next Zoom call. PS, if you can’t tell, I am totally loving Zoom right about now (insert eye roll).
While you guys are here, this is my friendly reminder to #pleasestayhome. We are so close to the finish line, and we need everyone to band together to kick some Coronavirus ass. We got this.
Also, while you are here, please consider helping us feed our frontline heroes aka our healthcare workers. There is more info in that blog post, but long story short, we are providing meals for our healthcare heroes that are fighting COVID-19 from the frontline. Your support means the world…THANK YOU!
Please stay safe and healthy. One more PRO TIP: Each day when you wake up, write down one positive thing you have gotten out of being at home. For me, it is precious time with my boys. Yes, it is extremely difficult to work with them at home, but the random kisses and cuddles, meals together, and seeing them so happy makes it all worth. Love yall, mean it.
