the lutz bump + the hubs

Today is #bumpday, which is a day dedicated to “bringing awareness to the importance of healthy pregnancies and beautiful bumps all over the globe.”  You can read more about this cause at www.bumpday.org, but I thought this was a PERFECT day to post our maternity pictures featuring the hubs and the #lutzbump.

How amazing are these pictures?  We had SO much fun with this shoot!  Trust me, I was super nervous at first, but it became much easier to rock the bump as the evening went on.  It truly is amazing what the female body is capable of during pregnancy.  I felt this was an awesome way to celebrate pregnancy, our #babybump, and the miracle of childbirth.

It was a blast getting my hair done and playing dress up to celebrate BABY LUTZ!  Speaking of my hair…WOWZERS.  I have no words.  Helen Walker, who works at Wheelhouse Salon, is BEYOND talented.  She and I mesh very well, and her creativity truly shows in her work.  I sent her a couple of inspo pictures and let her go to town.  I could not have been happier with the results!
