HOLDEN 6 MONTH SCHEDULE + UPDATE

Yall, my baby is 6 months. How did this happen? I swear I had ALL intentions of putting up a 4 month update, but yeah that did not happen. I also owe you a PDF of his schedule. How about I create a PDF that shows a 2 month, 4 month, and 6 month schedule? Would that work? Also, you guys are more than welcome to email me or DM ANYtime with questions. Here is a little 6 month update and 6 month schedule for Baby Holden aka our angel baby. Also, don’t forget you can check out Holden’s 2…

OH BABY.

SURPRISE!!!!  A new contributor will be joining Life Lutzurious this August…Ryan and I are EXPECTING a BABY!!  I am BEYOND thrilled to finally share this news with all of you.  I am literally in tears as I write this post. I hope you enjoy our fun, hip pregnancy announcement! So, how did this happen (well, we know how it happened), but was it expected, how am I feeling, are we having a boy or girl?  Well, to sum it up, no it wasn’t completely expected.  It was the perfect late Christmas surprise!  Remember the foodie/shopping extravaganza we took to Atlanta on…

chocolate.

Oh hi!  I thought the word chocolate would get your attention!  This recipe was not originally on the schedule to post today…until I bit into these delicious bites of goodness.  I have no doubt these will be served in Heaven!  My word they are AMAZING.  Anyways, I highly recommend you go straight to Whole Foods or your pantry, gather the ingredients, and get to baking.  These cookies are not only scrumptious, but they are also super easy.  And by easy, I mean less than 15 minutes total time.  I found this recipe on Pinterest (shocker).  The original recipe is posted here.…

ATL.

ATL: The food…the shopping…the scene. I love it all. As y’all know, the hubs and I took a little shopaholic’s foodie trip to Atlanta after Christmas. 10 lbs later, I am happy to say the trip was a success. As I mentioned in my last post, the hubs SERIOUSLY has a gift: he can SALE SHOP like it’s his job. He woke up bright and early on December 26th [while I slept in, of course], hit up 2 stores, and saved hundreds of dollars. It really was amazing. Once he finished his spree, he picked me up at the hotel,…

Fall.

Fall.  Is it your favorite time of year or what?  The colors, the crisp air, the scent of Christmas in every store you walk into.  I love it.  And it’s so unexpected.  Last Sunday, the hubs and I ventured out to brunch at our FAVORITE spot: Chez Lulu.  As we drove down the road, I started snapping pictures of the changing leaves and the bright blue sky.  We noticed the deep reds, the bright oranges, and the happy yellows.  I was in awe!!! Fall always inspires me to dig into the closet and bring out my favorite pieces.  Maybe it was…

LOCAL IS BETTER: PEPPER PLACE.

For those of you who know me, you know how much I LOVE the city I live in: Birmingham, AL. Over the last 8 years, I have not only been lucky to call “The Ham” home, but I have also witnessed it evolve into one of THE coolest cities in the Southeast. Known for it’s fabulous culinary scene and local culture, Birmingham is an awesome place for young adults to live and raise a family. One of my absolute FAV places is the Pepper Place Farmer’s market. It is a crucial part of our weekly Saturday tradition: Iron Tribe, Pepper Place, dog walk…
