Happy Hump Day ya’ll!!  So, I want to wrap up this gorgeous, fall day by launching my “MUST HAVES.”  This will be a new weekly (or monthly..have not decided) blog post that will cover anything from that swoon-worthy new Celine bag to the season’s MUST HAVE staple items.  Today my best friend Lauren texted me looking for the perfect transition shoe for fall.  This inspired me to kick off (pun intended) my MUST HAVES with this season’s hottest boots.  As you can see from the graphic above, I will give you a STEAL option, an INVESTMENT piece, and the ultimate SPLURGE.

What says FALL like a hot new pair of boots?   I feel like this season there are SO many options.  I have literally been searching high and low for the PERFECT boot.  I thought the hubs would literally kill me if he saw the number of boxes sitting on our front porch this week.  I had already planned my very valid excuse: “it’s research for the blog babe.”  Sorry not sorry!  So, by ordering, trying on, and returning every pair of boots imaginable, I am giving you a rundown of some of my favs.  You can just click the links above and have them shipped straight to your house.  For Fall/Winter 2014, there are 3 types of boots that I feel like you should focus on: a pair of super-cool motos, a fabulous bootie, and a tall, statement boot.  Within these categories there are literally thousands of options.  Studs and spikes are back and bigger than ever.  If you go with a bootie, choose an ultra-sleek, pointy toe or the always-appropriate peep-toe.  I vote leopard always…it is my go-to neutral.  Suede gives any boot that luxe feel, and an over-the-knee option really make a statement.  If you like the over-the-knee look, but don’t want to be too over the top, go with a flat, suede version in camel or soft gray.  The western look is HUGE this season…and of course, my obsession: FRINGE.  How AMAZE are those Fringe Louboutin boots?!?  I normally wear sequins to brunch, but I may make an exception here.  I don’t know how I will afford them, but I will find a way.  Is anyone hiring???  Maybe I can work nights.

As always, if you have any questions, please reach out to me at [email protected] or leave a comment on this post.  I LOVE getting emails and texts from all of you.  Have a GREAT week and start shopping!  Seriously, hurry…every time I check a new website, these boots are sold out somewhere.

always-LL
